At noon on Veteran's Day, November 11, 2021, at the Oak Hill Cemetary, the Owosso Rotary Club and others will be recognizing the life and service of a long-forgotten Civil War veteran. Alexander Johnson was born a sale in Tennessee and served in a Michigan regiment in 1865. He lived in Owosso from 1870 until his death in 1907 and was a barber and popular community resident.
